We are now looking for a Marketing Manager for Central Europe region (Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland) who will play a key role in supporting our Solution Design, Sales and KAM teams and improving marketing activities.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Vice President Central Europe and be based in Cologne, Germany or ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. 


  • Define and develop a marketing strategy in line with the overall ITAB strategy
  • Develop marketing campaigns for online and offline channels
  • Create customer, market and competitor analyses
  • Conduct analyses based on sales data in Salesforce and derive effective actions
  • Build brand awareness and positioning
  • Identify topics and themes and consult the business units on the most effective communication activities and support local activities and general branding
  • Improving communication between the market’s business units to efficiently exploit the common potential for marketing activities
  • Initiate management and success analyses of the implemented marketing activities
  • External communication (e.g., online presence, organization of events / trade fairs)
  • Functional responsibility for the marketing representatives of the respective countries


  • University degree with a focus on marketing/communications or a comparable study or education
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the B2B field and an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; Dutch language skills are desirable
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Structured way of working and affinity for numbers
  • High degree of personal responsibility and autonomy
  • Team player with a high degree of creativity, organizational skills and initiative
  • You are self-confident and personable and have a professional appearance
  • In addition, we expect you to be enthusiastic about the world of retail, persuasive, resilient and reliable
