IT Support Manager

IT Support Manager Requirements are as follows.

·         IT programming background in either the education or job experience.

·         Technical industry knowledge requires Working min 3 years in IT or other technology/Consultancy industry close to IT integration solutions

·         Experience from solution selling/or providing shall include IT (Software) and/or services such as professional services or consultancy.

·         The person needs to be comfortable at middle/senior management level not only from competence/experience but also in terms of social skills.

·         The experience of management is needed when getting involved in multiple stakeholders at customers, handling POS suppliers and contacts to ITAB in Sweden. Such multiple contact points require a level of leadership skills. Such skills can also come from informal leadership such as Project Management backgrounds. However, the management background required is mainly intended to give enough seniority to the person.

·         Fluent speaking English skills are required.

·         Demonstrate strategic understanding and development skills as a good sign of the person’s strategic capabilities.  

IT Support Manager Responsibilities are as follows.

  • The IT Suppport Manager is a part of the local team and but he is closely linked to the international team behind the SCO development.
  • The IT SUPPPORT MANAGER shall lead the local commercial efforts to break through in the Russian market.
  • The IT SUPPPORT MANAGER shall support all commercial opportunities with the amount of the Russian retailers by driving successful integrations within each project.
  • The IT SUPPPORT MANAGER should follow the strategy of direct and intermediary sales provided by the Management of ITAB Shop Concept Russia.
