IT Support Manager

The role

ITAB Shop Concept AB in Jönköping is now looking for an IT Support Manager who wants to take a holistic approach and be responsible for the IT support function. You will lead the work to organize the Group’s IT support function. With several companies and business units spread across Europe, North America and Asia, you will be involved in building how the Group’s IT support will be formed and function in the best way. A clear packaging of IT support with routines that are in line with this, formalize SLAs and follow up the work and identify any problem areas.

This is a role for those who today work with similar tasks or want to take the next step in your career. Here you get to be involved in influencing and defining your role. It requires that you are a person who dares to take your place, is driven while being willing to listen and collaborate with others.

Since the role is at Group level in an international environment, close dialogues with colleagues are required globally. Expect travel to our company sites to occur. The head office and home base are in Jönköping.

Tasks

The role of IT Support Manager includes:

• familiarize yourself with how ITAB’s strategy looks going forward in order to best shape a well-functioning IT support.
• build an effective flow for how IT support is made available and suitable for all parts of the organization.
• formalize SLAs
• Drive support knowledge base building and associated std procedures
• package and establish routines for how ITAB’s IT support should work.
• you need to have an approach to being able to play the instrument while building it!

We are looking for you who

Today has a similar role but wants the opportunity to be involved and influence and create something new. Alternative that you have worked for a few years and feel that you are ready for the next step in your career. You are a driven and visionary person with a sense of what works best in the short and long term. You are also a person with a vision and willing to execute it and still caring about others peoples view.
This position is new and it takes experience and drive to succeed in this role. In addition to this, we see that you have:

• Relevant university degree in IT. Alternatively, that you have acquired the right experience in another way.
• Good knowledge of IT support or service.
• A good understanding of how to govern without being a manager.
• Have basic system knowledge.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
