CRM System Administrator to ITAB
We are looking for a motivated and driven CRM System Administrator with focus on Salesforce to join our team in Jönköping. We create solutions that make shopping easier and more inspiring.
About the position
As CRM System Administrator, you will support our business by ensuring that Salesforce is reliable, user‑friendly, and aligned with our processes. You will be responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work with both technical tasks and user support, always with the goal of enabling our teams to work efficiently and with high data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and correct access.
System configuration – Customize salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
Provide support to users, resolve issues and solve system errors or performance concerns.
Maintain data quality through audits, imports/exports and de-duplication efforts.
Develop training materials, conduct user training and document system processes.
Collaborate with the CRM System Manager and business stakeholders to improve workflows and automate processes within Salesforce.
Manage sandbox environments, test changes, and support release and deployment activities.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to understand needs, improve workflows, and contribute to a stable and efficient CRM environment.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM in a administrative role
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (i.e. Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, Experience Sites, Case Management and dashboards)
Good understanding of user and security management
Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable Salesforce solutions
Experience working with data management, including imports/exports and de-duplication
Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to support and troubleshooting
Fluent in English and Swedish
