General Job Description / Key responsibilities
Managing and leading the Inventory and Goods In team whilst being responsible for all inventory functions and processes within.
The position requires a strong partnership with the procurement team to ensure the flow of stock is planned in line with project timescales and requires strong planning skills around the intake and locating of stock within the Warehouse.
The role is responsible for ensuring all stock is accurate and available to the fulfilment functions to ensure the sale’s volume can be fulfilled in line with project timescales and the business KPI’s.
The stock Manager is also responsible to complete the annual stock audit and general PI schedules.
Objectives / Key deliverables / KPI
· Receiving and processing of all inbound purchase orders.
· Planning of all inbound activity and connected storage solutions whilst mainting an efficiant Warehouse layout.
· Continual planning, amending & creating primary pick face loactions whilst optimising the WH layout in line with current and upcoming activity / demands.
· Collecting and analysing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for various products and projects.
· Coordination with sales, logistics and production to streamline the inventory management process.
· Oversight and continual reviewing of stock connected to demand, and age.
· Strong leadership within the functuanal department team.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record within stock management and supply chains, understanding inventory controls and management systems and ERP.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with the initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure maintaining the attention to detail and quality as required.
To be able to plan and lead a small team, all with the discipline around the operations processes.
