Especificaciones del puesto:

- Atención telefónica y remota en helpdesk.

- Atención On-Site usuarios-

- Resolución de incidencias en plataformas Windows cliente-

- Resolución de incidencias en plataformas Windows Server: Gestión de usuarios, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS-

· Resolución de averías de hardware (ordenadores, impresoras, terminales, pdas)

· Resolución de incidencia software ofimático-

· Soporte telefonía fija y móvil-

· Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

· Instalación y configuración de periféricos, accesorios y elementos de red.

· Red (equipos a dominio, telefonía IP, creación de nuevos puestos, wifi)

· Conocimiento y experiencia:

. Sistemas operativos Windows clientes.

. Microsoft Office y Office 365.

. Virtualización y Cloud

. Entornos Windows Servers.

. Redes, wifi y comunicaciones.

· inglés intermedio/avanzado (conversación).

· Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente según necesidad por carga de trabajo en otros centros de HMY de España o fuera de España.

· Soporte Guardias rotativas 7d x 24h (remuneradas)
