We are looking for a colleague to our Baltic sales team with offices in all 3 countries. Sales Manager Baltic's is totally new position in our region. This is great opportunity for experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, lead the team and business development in Baltic's -  to make your sales dream come true.

Job description

  • Development and implementation of the Baltic sales strategy, ensuring profitable achievement of sale’s targets;
  • Formation and successful management of the Baltic sales team, which includes Sales Managers, Project Managers, Designers and Installers;
  • Preparing and managing sales department budget;
  • Analysis of customer’s needs, assistance to the sales team;
  • Presentation of the company, products, services and solutions for the most important customers, fairs, seminars;
  • Searching for the most innovative solutions for customers in order to be one step ahead;
  • Very close cooperation with other divisions of the company - product development, production, procurement, etc.
  • Ensuring the highest level of products, services and business ethics for our customers;   
  • Business trips abroad, meetings with clients, negotiations;
  • Participation in common projects of the company to make work more effective;
  • Improving the motivation system and support for the team spirit.

Who you are

  • Coming from entrepreneurial area, pro-active, innovative, strategically minded and result-oriented sales professional;
  • Flexible and able to work with different people, solving issues according to the highest ethical standards;
  • Sales team leader, with international experience and good understanding of business processes;
  • Excellent in negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Able to plan and organize your own and teamwork, make decisions independently;
  • With work experience in a manufacturing company (technical products) – that would be as advantage;
  • Boast of successful sales results;
  • Fluent/ professional in English and good in Russian;
  • Ready for business trips.
